Accessibility
The museum is fully accessible to the disabled.

Children
The Collection attempts to preserve the ambience of Mr. Frick’s private house, and visitors are therefore asked to observe regulations necessary for protecting the works of art and their domestic setting. Because few ropes or cases are used to guard fragile objects, children under ten are not admitted to the Collection, and those under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult. For more information, see Children or download our Policy on the Admission of Children (Adobe Acrobat required).
Lectures
Lectures are open to the public without charge a half hour before the event. If those planning to attend arrive earlier, they are expected to pay the regular museum admission charge (see Admission above). For details about dates and times, see Hours and Holidays.
Concerts
The Frick Collection’s sixty-seventh concert season presents a number of exciting debuts of European artists. It is also the first time that a concert and preconcert lecture will be offered in conjunction with a special exhibition. For more information, see concerts.
Support
Concerts, lectures, and special exhibitions are made available through the generosity of the Fellows of The Frick Collection and other donors. Gifts to support the Collection’s programs are essential and are received with great appreciation. For more information, see Support.
Group Visits
Group visits are by appointment only. Lecturing in the galleries is prohibited. For more information, see Group Visits.
Coat Checking
Free checking is provided in the coat room. Coats (if not worn), packages, umbrellas, and large handbags must be left there. We regret that we cannot accept luggage.
