Since 1996,
the Frick Art Reference Library has been a member of SHARES,
the Research Libraries Group Shared Resources Service. The Library
can borrow books and other library materials that are not readily
available in the New York metropolitan area from other research
institutions for on-site use by registered researchers of the Library.
Complete instructions and order forms may be requested at the Reference
Desk.
In addition to borrowing materials from other libraries for researchers
in the Frick Art Reference Library, the Library also lends material
to members of the Research Libraries Group SHARES.
Not all library materials are available through interlibrary loan.
