In January, the Frick hosted Artists Night, a special evening of sketching from artworks and models inspired by Luigi Valadier: Splendor in Eighteenth-Century Rome. Over 500 visitors enjoyed an atmosphere of creativity and focused work, along with music, refreshments, free drawing materials, and gallery talks throughout the collection.
“Lovely event! Thanks for looking out for the artists!”
“Thank you for hosting. Thank you to the staff. Thank you to the models and musicians for the generosity of their time.”
“The evening of music and sketching at the Frick was one of the most sublime, beautiful, and relaxing experiences in the art world in NYC. Thanks!”
