Featured below are drawings and thank-you notes from I.S. 131 — The Albert Einstein School. Students from I.S. 131 visit annually for guided visits in the Frick’s galleries. This year, 6th Graders from I.S. 131 studied works by Duccio, Boulle, Fragonard, Clodion, and Vermeer.
To expand access to the Frick for New York City students, the Frick waives guided visit fees for public schools that are, like I.S. 131, designated as Title I (schools with a high percentage of students from low-income families). The Frick welcomed 548 students from Title I schools last academic year over the course of 25 visits.
