General Admission

Policies

1. Advance timed tickets are required. Members receive priority access and are welcome to make free reservations.
2. All requests to rebook tickets must be received at least one day in advance of your reservation.
3. Admission without a reservation is not guaranteed.
4. Children under age 10 are not admitted.
5. Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred.

Tickets for Members

Policies

1. Members receive priority admission and are welcome to make free reservations online. If the date and time you prefer is not available, please contact the Membership Department at members@frick.org or 212-547-0707.
2. Guest Policy for Members:
   • Individual memberships admit one individual. Members at this level receive a 25% discount for one additional guest per visit.
   • Dual memberships admit two individuals. Members at this level receive a 25% discount for up to two additional guests per visit.
   • Memberships at the Contributing Friend level and above admit four individuals. Members at these levels receive a 25% discount for up to four additional guests per visit.

Reserving Tickets | Instructions for Members

If you are having difficulty reserving tickets online, please contact the Membership Department at members@frick.org or 212-547-0707.

1. Visit frick.org/tickets and choose "Tickets for Members" option located in multiple places on the page.
2. Enter your Member ID Number and click “Verify”.
3. Choose an available date for your visit.
4. Select the time for your visit. Then, press the plus arrow "+" to add the number of complimentary tickets your membership level allows (Individual=1, Dual=2, Contributing Friend and above=4).
5. Scroll down and press "Place Order" after adding the correct numbers of tickets to your cart.
6. Read and agree to the Safety Guidelines, then press “Submit and Continue”.
7. Enter Name, Email, and Phone Number, then press “Continue to Review”.
8. Review all details, then press “Checkout”.
9. Order confirmation with order number means you reserved tickets successfully.
10. Find email with order confirmation and tickets in your inbox!
11. Enjoy your visit!
