Where was Saint Apollonia?

woman in a red robeIt is suggested that Apollonia was located on the left side of the frame because light falls across her from the left, not the right as in the other paintings.

The light source in the paintings mimicked actual light that came from the windows of the church. Apollonia may have been illuminated by sunlight from a rear window.
