In January, the Frick hosted Artists Night, a special evening of sketching from artworks and models inspired by Luigi Valadier: Splendor in Eighteenth-Century Rome.

To expand access to the Frick for New York City students, the Frick waives guided visit fees for public schools that are, like I.S. 131, designated as Title I (schools with a high percentage of students from low-income families).

This summer, Education organized a three-part series examining the presidential image, as framed by the special exhibition Canova’s George Washington.

In April, the Frick offered a program for lively discourse at the intersection of art, history, and religion. The program, Jacob and His Twelve Sons: An Interfaith Perspective, was presented in conjunction with the special exhibition Zurbarán’s Jacob and His Twelve Sons.
